Linklaters appoints London corporate partner as new head of global US practice

Linklaters corporate partner Tom Shropshire has been appointed as the new head of the firm’s global US practice. He will take over the position from US global head Scott Bowie, who is retiring halfway through his current four-year term. Shropshire will split his time between London and New York, and will continue serving his current clients in addition to taking on leadership responsibilities. Shropshire first joined LInklaters in 1998 as an associate, and became a partner in 2006.
