Norton Rose Fulbright in merger talks with Australian firm Henry Davis York

Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) will soon hold a partnership vote vote on a proposed merger with Henry Davis York, an Australian firm. The firms are currently in discussions regarding a combination that would make NRF one of the largest legal services providers in Australia. Henry Davis York operates offices in Brisbane, Canberra and Sydney. The full-service firm has five sectors, including government, infrastructure, university, financial services and university. Norton Rose Fulbright’s partnership is expected to vote on the merger within the next few months.
