Norton Rose Fulbright partnership approves Australian merger

Norton Rose Fulbright and Australian firm Henry Davis York have voted through a proposed merger with approval from both firms’ partnerships. The firms issued a statement confirming that the combination was approved by a significant majority. The combined firm will operate as Norton Rose Fulbright. The firms are still finalizing other details, such as a launch date. NRF has approved two other mergers in the last nine months, including an acquisition of Bull Housser and a combination with Chadbourne & Parke, which is set to launch this year.
