Vivienne Williams named new BLM managing partner

BLM has announced that Vivienne Williams will take over as the firm’s new managing partner, taking over the position from Gary Allison. Following eight months of tenure as managing partner, Allison announced his retirement. Williams has been a partner with BLM for 29 years, and has also held a position on the firm’s executive board for three years. Most recently, she served as the firm’s head of claims solutions and head of large loss and technical business stream. Her term as managing partner is effective immediately and will last for three years.
