400 Hogan Lovells support staff offered voluntary retirement in US

September 21, 2017 Following an announcement that Hogan Lovells will cut 90 business support roles in London, the firm announced further staff reduction plans in the US.

Hogan Lovells has offered approximately 400 US-based business support staff members an option for early retirement. The firm’s headcount reductions come as part of an ongoing consultation process for its business services division.

According to a statement from the firm, the move aims to offer an option to employees who have asked for early retirement, in addition to helping the firm meet its strategic goals for the business services division.
