Hogan Lovells closes Mongolia office

Hogan Lovells is slated to close its Mongolian office, located in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar. Chris Melville, who serves as managing partner of the office, will launch an independent firm in the city with the Hogan Lovells team in Mongolia. The firm initially launched in Mongolia in 2010 through a local association. According to global CEO Steve Immelt, the firm decided to close its Ulaanbaatar office after reviewing the market and the firm’s priorities.
