Shirley Brookes steps down from PwC Legal head role

Shirley Brookes has stepped down from her post as legal head at PwC after four years in the role. She has been a partner at PwC since 1998, and took on the legal head position in 2013. PwC partner Ed Stacey will succeed Brookes in the position. Stacey has been with the accountancy firm since 2001, and previously worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, legacy Theodore Goddard and CMS Cameron McKenna.
