Paul Hastings partner duo hired by Goodwin in Hong Kong

Paul Hastings partners Douglas Freeman and Victor Chen have been hired by Goodwin Procter. The duo will join Goodwin’s Hong Kong office in the international private equity practice. Freeman and Chen both specialize in M&A and private equity matters. They both joined the firm in 2015, having previously worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and O'Melveny & Myers.
