Robert Hays re-elected as King & Spalding chair

Robert Hays has been re-elected as chair of King & Spalding, extending his tenure to a fifth term. He has been in the position since 2006, and his new term will last 3 years. Although the firm’s revenue surpassed the $1bn revenue mark under Hays’ leadership, the firm recently reported a revenue decrease of 8 per cent, coming in at $43m. King & Spalding opened a new office in Chicago this year, with the hire of Zachary Fardon.
