Slaughters announces bonuses and pay raises

Slaughter and May has announced salary increases and bonuses for the firm’s associates. The firm will award bonuses of 9 to 16 per cent to associates who receive performance ratings correlated to good or exceptional levels. Meanwhile, the firm will increase 2018 salaries for trainees, NQs and lawyers who have been qualified for 6 months and one year. The pay increases follow a decision in May 2017 not to review associate pay scales.
