DLA launches funds offering in Paris with latest hire
DLA Piper has hired corporate partner Benjamin Aller from MJ Hudson. The hire represents the launch of a fund offering in Paris.
In over two decades of experience in advising on private investment funds and similar transactions, Aller has advised on several hundred cases through Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
DLA global corporate co-chair Bob Bishop attributed the opening of the firm’s funds offering in France to Aller’s hire.
This move comes on the heels of DLA’s recruitment of a trio of tax partners from Reed Smith: Raphaël Béra, Fanny Combourieu, and Sylvie Vansteenskiste.
