Pinsents renews sole supplier mandate with Balfour

March 7, 2018 Pinsent Masons announced on 5 March that it had resigned its sole supplier mandate with Balfour Beatty until 2020. This is the deal’s second extension since it was struck in April 2013.

The new relationship partner on the deal is infrastructure partner Colin Fraser. Pinsents’ head of client strategy Alastair Morrison and Balfour Beatty general counsel David Mercer originally spearheaded the deal.

Fraser stated that by working with the legal team at Balfour Beatty, the firm hopes to “redefine what blue-chip organizations can expect” from the legal investments they make.
