CMS dismisses Singapore head for undisclosed reasons
CMS has dismissed Singapore head Andrew Stott from the firm as well as reported the matter to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
The process of Stott’s dismissal began in late February when managing partner Stephen Millar and senior partner Penelope Warne recommended the change. The firm’s board of 20 partners unanimously approved the former legacy Olswang corporate partner’s dismissal.
Stott and CMS have both kept the details of the departure under wraps, though a CMS spokesperson did note that the process did not call for a non-disclosure agreement.
