Ince & Co. announces redundancy round during rebuilding phase
Ince & Co. has announced a redundancy round taking place this summer, marking the loss of 32 associates and 36 business services staff members from the firm.
The firm’s London office head Andrew Jameson stated that the “unsettling” change is “for the good of the business,” conceding that it will be a difficult time for all those involved.
The firm, still rebuilding after three years of revenue decline from 2013 to 2016, has been adapting its strategies in a number of ways. In addition to restructuring its partnership, it has redesigned its bonus-awarding system and moved some key players in the firm such as senior partner Jan Heuvels and chairman Paul Herring abroad.
