Pinsent Masons loses lead litigator to US firm Strange & Butler

July 6, 2018 US law firm Strange & Butler has poached Pinsent Masons head of competition litigation Ben Lasserson to lead its London office.

Lasserson began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, after which he took a position at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in 2007. In 2013 he joined Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, before moving on to Pinsents just a year later.

Strange & Butler has two offices, with its headquarters in Los Angeles. Both its founding partners, Brian Strange and Keith Butler, are based in Los Angeles.
