Eversheds launches crowdsourcing platform in New York

July 10, 2018 At Eversheds Sutherland’s second New York partner conference since its merger, it launched its crowdsourcing platform Idea Drop in the city, two months ahead of the global rollout slated for September.

Idea Drop is designed to give Eversheds’ lawyers the ability to work globally and instantly on any project or idea in the network, through a system of open challenges and rewards.

Co-CEOs Lee Ranson and Mark Wasserman are aiming to improve the firm’s innovation agenda, with Ranson commenting that the firm has observed “what other industries and companies” have done to cultivate innovation and drawn upon these strategies.
