White & Case holds steady at 84% in its autumn retention rate

August 8, 2018 White & Case has posted an 84% retention rate in its autumn batch of trainees.

Keeping on 21 of the 25 trainees, White & Case has kept on par with its recent retention rates as well, having retained 13 of 16 (81%) of trainees in February and 86% of trainees in 2017.

London office executive partner Melissa Butler commented that the firm’s trainee program “delivers consistently high retention rates,” which she attributes to its competitive benefits package and salary.
