Malaysia’s ASL to merge with rising boutique PNC

August 9, 2018 Malaysian firm Adnan Sundra & Low (ASL) has announced a merger with boutique Putri Norlisa Chair (PNC), while ASL it will retain its name.

PNC, which was established in 2015, has quickly received a number of awards from the ALB Malaysia Law Awards, including Rising Law Firm of the Year in 2017 and Boutique Law Firm of the Year in 2018. With the addition of the three partners at PNC, ASL’s partnership will reach 22 members.

In a joint statement released by the two firms, the merger’s “immediate consequence” was said to be the increase of client offerings and the “enhancement of… existing skillsets” at the combined firm.
