Dechert hires new partners in Luxembourg and Dublin

Dechert has brought on two new partners, having hired Carol Widger, who joins the firm’s Dublin office and Marianna Tothova, who will be based in both Luxembourg and London. Widger joins Dechert from Maples & Calder, and will serve as managing partner of Dechert’s Dublin office. Declan O’Sullivan, who previously served as managing partner, will remain with the firm as a partner. Tothova previously worked at Ashurst as a senior associate and counsel, and joins Dechert as a partner.
