Dutch duo Loyens and Houthoff Buruma advise on €8bn oil merger

Dutch law firms Loyens & Loeff and Houthoff Buruma are the principal legal advisers on the €8bn merger between local oil companies Frisol and Van der Sluijs. The two companies are similar in size and work in the mineral oils sector. Van der Sluijs concentrates its business on logistics and land-based trading while Frisol is mainly focused on bunkering and trading.
