Linklaters, Slaughter and May take key roles in Wedgwood insolvency

January 6, 2009 Linklaters and Slaughter and May have landed key advisory roles after UK china and crystal company Waterford Wedgwood entered into administration yesterday.

Slaughter and May is acting for Waterford Wedgwood with a team led by finance partners Andrew Jolly, Ian Hodgson and Sanjev Warna-kula-suriya, while Linklaters' global head of restructuring and insolvency Tony Bugg is advising administrator Deloitte.
