Ruling expected Monday in Microsoft Wisconsin legal fees fight

A legal fight over lawyers fees, churning in a lawsuit against Microsoft Corp. in Wisconsin for nearly a year, is expected to be resolved Monday when a judge issues his decision. The case represents one of the last state court antitrust lawsuits the company has defended against. The case was settled in early 2006, and two groups of attorneys have been paid $5 million each. A third law firm represented by Richard Hagstrom, a Minneapolis attorney with Zelle, Hofmann, Voelbel, Mason & Gette, is seeking $22.6 million in fees for its part in the lawsuit.
