Cooley Godward establishes Harvard cyberlaw fellowship

Law firm Cooley Godward Kronish LLP has launched a fellowship at Harvard Law School’s Cyber Law Clinic at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society. The new fellow will teach internet-related subjects like online speech, anonymity, open access, digital copyright and fair use, software and music licensing, patent reexaminations and protection of children. The Palo Alto-based law firm, which has about 36 lawyers in Boston, has agreed to support the position for the next five years.
