Companies Dissatisfied With Their Law Firms, Survey Shows

The most striking finding of the BTI Consulting Group's recently released national Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms is the relatively small number that were highly rated. Out of more than 500 law firms discussed, BTI found that only 30 stood out, and those 30 performed four to 15 times better than the others. Only five firms were singled out as delivering superior client service performance for each of the seven years that BTI has done the survey. Jones Day tops the list, followed by Sidley Austin, Baker & McKenzie, Sullivan & Cromwell and Kirkland & Ellis.
