Greenberg Traurig hit with $100m malpractice suit

Greenberg Traurig was hit Tuesday with a malpractice suit seeking more than $100 million in damages over allegations that it failed to properly prosecute patents for a longtime electronics manufacturing client and committed discovery abuses in related litigation, reports the New York Law Journal.
