Allen & Overy ordered to re-employ German associate

Allen & Overy has been ordered to rehire an associate in Frankfurt who had been laid off earlier this year. A German labour court ruled that the dismissal did not comply with German employment laws. Allen & Overy's magic circle rival Clifford Chance is also involved in a German employment dispute, reports legalweek.
