Lovells Overhauls Payment Scheme for Salaried Partners

March 8, 2010 Lovells is making changes to the way it pays salaried partners ahead of its merger with Hogan & Hartson. Currently, salaried partners receive a fixed salary plus a bonus to the value of three equity points.

Under the new system, the bonus will become a fixed sum (the value of which is as yet undetermined), and the fixed salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
