Two senior litigators leave Addleshaw Goddard to build new firm

Two senior litigators from Addleshaw Goddard have revealed plans to leave the firm to set up their own litigation boutique. Simon Twigden (the national litigation head) and Pietro Marino will now serve a 12-month notice period. The new boutique – which is still to be named – is likely to provide claimant litigation services. Litigation partner Richard Leedham, the head of the firm's insurance and reinsurance practice, has been appointed to replace Twigden as litigation chief.
