Roschier adds five to partnership

Northern European firm Roschier has hired a counsel from Linklaters’ Stockholm office, and has promoted a record number of lawyers to its partnership in Helsinki. Björn Winström of Linklaters will join Roschier’s M&A and private equity practice as a partner at the end of May, and is set to play a key role in developing Roschier’s Nordic projects practice. Roschier has also made up four partners in its Helsinki office – a record group appointment for the firm. The new partners are Mikko Manner, Mika Ohtonen, Jouni Salmi and Mikael Segercrantz. Managing partner Ulf-Henrik Kull said: “In Finland, Roschier is currently putting special emphasis on its technology and tax structuring practices in order to meet client demands. The promotions are also a natural step in the generation shift gradually taking place.”
