Dua Associates, Amarchand and Ashurst on IOT’s IPO

IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Limited (IOT) has filed its DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) to sell 25 percent shareholding to the public. IOT is an oil storage company and is engaged into storage of oil and other liquids in terminals. Dua Associates acted as the domestic legal counsel to IOT with a team lead by Partner Munish Sharma and Senior Associate Prashant Rajput. IOT is a long standing client of Dua Associates and the law firm has represented the Oil Tanking company in several of its previous joint ventures. Amarchand & Mangaldas acted as the domestic legal counsel to the bankers with a team lead by Partner Yash Asher , Senior Associate Sweta Gabhawala and Associate Manita Doshi. Ashurst acted as the international legal counsel with Partner Stuart Rubin and Senior Associate Nisha Kaur Uberoi leading the team.
