UK firm Berwin Leighton Paisner has boosted its non-contentious financial services practice with the hire of Pinsent Masons partner Jacob Ghanty. Berwin Leighton Paisner financial services group head Sidney Myers said: “Regulation’s an increasingly important issue for all financial institutions,with tighter controls, additional regulation from Europe and major changes to the regulatory framework.
