UK firm Berwin Leighton Paisner hires financial services partner from Pinsent Masons

January 17, 2011 UK firm Berwin Leighton Paisner has boosted its non-contentious financial services practice with the hire of Pinsent Masons partner Jacob Ghanty.

Berwin Leighton Paisner financial services group head Sidney Myers said: “Regulation’s an increasingly important issue for all financial institutions,with tighter controls, additional regulation from Europe and major changes to the regulatory framework. Jacob’s hire will allow us to provide more support to these clients as they engage with regulators”.
