Howrey loses three IP partners to Dewey & LeBoeuf

Howrey has lost star intellectual-property lawyer and vice chairman Henry Bunsow to rival firm Dewey & LeBoeuf, where Bunsow will take up a position as co-chair of the IP litigation practice. Joining him are partners Denise De Mory and Brian Smith. Howrey vice chairman Sean Boland is optimistic about the firm’s prospects for 2011, saying that the firm went through a “difficult” restructuring process in 2010 that has put the firm in a “much better position for 2011.”
