Debevoise hires Council from Orrick for Shanghai base

February 23, 2011 Debevoise & Plimpton has announced the hire of Niping Wu to the role of International Counsel in the firm’s Shanghai office. Wu comes to the firm from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Beijing office, where she was a partner.
