Linklaters Hires top Dutch restructuring lawyer from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek

Linklaters has has bolstered its Amsterdam office with the hire of Jan Willem de Boer, the head of the restructuring practice at Dutch firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. De Brauw is recognised in the industry for its partner loyalty, and the firm rarely sees the kinds of partner losses of rival firms, but in January 2011 the firm said goodbye to IP partner Simon Dack and counsel Marlou van de Braak, who left the firm to join with Howrey break-away Hoyng Monegier.
