PSA and Squire Sanders advise on Alten acquisition of Calsoft Lab

Groupe Alten, a European leader in technology, consulting and engineering recently acquired the US and Indian assets of Calsoft Labs, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chennai-based California Software (Calsoft) in entirety worth more than $ 22 million (Rs. 100 crore). Priti Suri & Associates advised Alten with teams from the firm's Delhi and Chennai offices, led by Founder Partner Priti Suri along with Senior Associate Pooja Yadava. Squire, Sanders & Dempsey acted as US counsel to Alten with a team led by Managing Partner of Northern California practice Nicholas C. Unkovic along with Senior Attorney Miharu Furihata.
