Clydes' Manchester head splits for rival firm

The head of Clyde & Co in Manchester - Damian Ward - has resigned to take up a role with rival firm Keoghs, while rumours circulate that he might soon be followed by other lawyers in the Manchester office. Sources suggest that several members of Ward’s 50-strong team at Clydes have been offered jobs at Keoghs, and that the team is restless as a result of dissatisfaction with new contract terms following the firm's merger with BLG. Neither Clydes nor Keoghs was available to comment on the reports.
