Adobe hires a new General Counsel

Adobe has hired Michael Dillon to take the role of general counsel, replacing Karen Cottle, who is retiring after 10 years leading the tech company's legal team. Dillon has 25 years of corporate legal experience, much of it in the technology industry. He join Adobe from a role as general counsel at US networking solutions provider Silver Spring Networks. Adobe president and CEO Shantanu Narayen said that Cottle had “helped transform our business from a desktop software company to a complete solutions provider.”
