French law firm Adamas boosts Shanghai office with Salans hire

French law firm Adamas has boosted its Shanghai office with the hire of Germain Sinpraseuth from Salans. Sinpraseuth has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investments and public-private partnerships in Asia, working across the life sciences, automotive, aeronautics, IT, and energy sectors. He has been practicing in China since 2003.    Robert Guillaumond, co-founding partner of the firm commented on the hire, saying: “This arrival enables us to strengthen our brand image as a market leader in a region that is historically linked to our firm, and to consolidate our development in high growth potential sectors.” He added: “(Germain’s) solid experience, extensive knowledge of Asia, dual culture and relational network built over 10 years of consecutive presence in China, are key assets for the firm.”
