Pan Baltic firm Lawin to launch in Brussels

Pan-Baltic firm Lawin is set to launch an office in Brussels, responding to client demand for EU advice. Lawin’s new base will be called the ‘European Law Excellence Centre’, and will focus on EU trade and regulatory issues. A team of 11 lawyers will be led by Lithuania industry and regulatory practice group head Jaunius Gumbis. Gumbis explained that since the Baltic states’ accession to the EU in 2004, clients have been calling on advice to assist them in taking advantage of new business opportunities in the region.
