Hogan Lovells appoints head of litigation and arbitration

December 17, 2013 Hogan Lovells has appointed its global co-head of litigation and arbitration to to role of chief executive.

So long as there is approval from the partners, Stephen Immelt becomes the sole chief executive officer of the firm beginning July 2014. Immelt succeeds co-CEOs Warren Gorrell and David Harris; Gorrell will return to client work, while Harris will retire.
