Dentons hires consumer financial regulator in DC
Dentons has hired consumer financial regulator Richard Horn as a partner in its Washington DC office.
Horn was a senior counsel and special advisor at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he helped to draft new mortgage disclosure rules. Now he’s joining the firm’s capital markets practice, where he’ll help advise clients comply with lending regulations he helped draft.
“Rich was a key architect of one of the most important solutions to the financial crisis,” said Stephen Kudenholdt, co-head of Dentons’ capital markets group. “We are delighted to welcome him to Dentons.”
