Indian law firm DSK Legal launches office in Pune
DSK Legal has launched its fourth Indian office with a new base in Pune. The new office will be led by Mumbai corporate partner Narendra Dingankar, who will move between the Mumbai and Pune offices, and it will specialise in corporate and real estate work.
The firm’s co-founding partner, Satish Kishanchandani, said that the firm has until now been servicing its Pune-based real estate and ronstruction clients from Mumbai, but the time has come for a Pune base so that the firm could conduct face to face meetings and address issues immediately.
He explained that the Pune office need not be large, at this stage, because clients tend to approach Bombay or Delhi offices for big transactions. He said that work conducted for local tech or real estate companies will be priced differently to the kind of complex work that is normally done in Bombay.
