Rutgers & Posch hires Freshfields capital markets partner

September 3, 2014 Dutch corporate boutique law firm Rutgers & Posch has boosted its capital markets practice with the hire of Robert ten Have from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Ten Have has been with Freshfields since 2005, when he left former law firm NautaDutilh. He led Freshfields’ Amsterdam office between 2008 and 2011.

The new hire will bring the firm’s partnership headcount to ten. The boutique was launched in February 2013 by a team of lawyers from DLA Piper, Houthoff Buruma and Stibbe, and in October it added Stibbe insolvency partner Karen Harmsen and Linklaters counsel Kees Westerman.
