London firm enters exclusive cooperation with Yingke

November 19, 2015 Memery Crystal, a London firm with almost £16m in revenues has entered into a cooperation agreement with Chinese firm Yingke, which the firms are describing as exclusive. The nature of the agreement is said to provide greater access to business opportunities to the clients of both firms.

Yingke has simultaneously launched the Yingke London China Centre in London, which as a standalone corporate entity will be a two-way platform, easing the paths for Chinese investors into the UK and for UK businesses seeking business in China. The cooperation agreement between the two firms hinges upon the new center, which will be a conduit to identify opportunities and facilitate transactions that originate from the firms' own networks.

Memery Crystal last year generated £15.6m in revenues and has 58 fee-earners, of whom 20 are partners. Yingke meanwhile generated CNY 900m in 2014 and boasts more than 4,000 lawyers across 50 offices worldwide in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
