Mayer Brown piloting agile working scheme in London
Mayer Brown has initiated a pilot program to test agile working in London. The firm’s construction department is undertaking the pilot program and the firm’s partners will receive a report of the program’s results from management in June.
Should agile working be adopted at Mayer Brown, the firm would count as one of the first US law firms that implemented the working environment in London.
The pilot program has reportedly been active since the beginning of the year. The construction practice has 32 lawyers in London, 12 of whom are partners. Overall, Mayer Brown has 225 lawyers in the UK, 87 of whom are partners.
Other firms have adopted agile working schemes in recent years, including Clifford Chance, Linklaters and Herbert Smith Freehills.
