British government launches rail advice panel
The British government has announced the launch of a rail legal advice panel, with bidders asked to register interest by June 17.comments powered by Disqus
The 50 million pound panel is intended to provide a streamlined framework for legal advice pertaining to rail regulatory law, commercial and contract law, EU law and litigation.
The winning bids will be announced on August 1, and the panel will launch in January 2017. Eight law firms are expected to win appointments to the panel.
