Linklaters keeps 91% of qualifying trainees

Linklaters has announced that it will retain 91 per cent of this autumn’s qualifying trainees, with 51 of 56 final-seat trainees applying for newly-qualified jobs. Two trainees will head to Singapore, one to Hong Kong, and one to Tokyo, with the remaining 47 starting NQ positions in London. According to training principal Nick Rumsby, a 91 per cent retention rate is a positive sign for the firm. In addition to Linklaters, Allen & Overy and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer also recently announced autumn retention results.
