Hogan Lovells transitions to open plan office in Washington DC

Hogan Lovells has undertaken a two-year project to transform its Washington DC workspace into an open plan setup. The firm hopes the transition will facilitate collaborative working and a less hierarchical structure. All members of the firm will be housed in similarly sized offices, which will be set up in an open plan. The new workspace setup will include meeting spaces referred to as “hives” and “huddle rooms.”
