Norton Rose Fulbright launches new Papua New Guinea office

Norton Rose Fulbright has launched a new office in Papua New Guinea, as part of the firm’s strategy to expand its presence in the Asia Pacific region. Karo Lelai will oversee the new office, and will work with other regional offices located throughout China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia. Prior to joining Norton Rose, Lelai was general counsel at Kumul Minerals. The new office will be located in Port Moresby and will focus on energy, infrastructure, mining, and telecommunications, as well as local government matters.
