UK profits fall for CMS Cameron McKenna and Mayer Brown

According to Companies House filings, CMS Cameron McKenna profits dropped £11m in 2015/16, decreasing from £44.5m to £40m. Turnover was up in 2015/16, increasing from £262.9m to £267.3m. The latest report includes Camerons offices located in the UK, along with several offices throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. Mayer Brown’s UK LLP reported turnover of £105m in 2015/16, down 3% from £109m in the previous year. Profit per member dropped by 17% from £515,464 to £426,745, although pay for the firm’s highest-paid member increased from £1.4m to £1.5m.
